Reservations and payment:
A credit card number will be asked to guarantee the reservation.
In the absence of regulation, the credit card left as collateral will
be charged under the same conditions as a cancellation. An additional 2% for Amex will be charged
The credit card number is destroyed on the day of departure.
The balance of stay is payable at your convenience on arrival. For
stays of a week or more, consumption will adjust every 5 days.
Cancellation policy:
Any cancellation must be done by writing 48h ( 4 days in case of tade shows period) before your arrival date.
The hotel must be adviced at least 24hrs in advance in case of premature departure.
OTHERWISE ONE NIGHT WILL BE CHARGED
Accommodation-Luggage:
The rooms are made available to customers 14 hours the day of
their arrival. They must be released at 11 am on the day of departure;
Any damage done by the customer in the room during his stay will be
charged.
The hotel can not be held responsible for theft, loss or damage
of luggage stored by customers in parts of the hotel, not in the room
locked
Pets are welcome.
Nevertheless, there is an additional fee of 15 euros for pets having a weight over 3kg. (6,61lb).
Termination clause:
The reservation will be automatically terminated by the landlord,
although this may give rise to a payment of damages to customers event
constitute force majeure or an inability to operate the hotel hotel in
accordance with commonly accepted standards for reasons not
attributable to the hotel, especially for late opening or not opening
(natural disaster, road closed) and in case of default client .
Handling complaints and disputes
Any dispute concerning the interpretation or enforcement of the
contract and that could not be an amicable settlement will be brought
before the Tribunal de Commerce de Paris. |
