Situated just 650 metres from the Champs-Elysées, this hotel offers modern guest rooms and a bar. Saint-Lazare Train Station is a 10-minute walk from the hotel.

+ Room was on the 4th floor. Despite the hotel being currently renovated the room was charming with exposed timber on the newly painted ceiling. Cinema screen, nice red round little sofa and the bath and lavabo were on the other side of the bed! Amazing! so beautiful.

+ Muy buena ubicación. A 11 cuadras de la opera y bastante cerca de Campos Eliseos y arco del triunfo. Buen tamaño de la habitación y baño. Generalmente por este precio, las habitaciones en Paris son demasiado chicas, pero este me parecio de buen tamaño.
- La alfombra de la habitación muy sucia. Mobiliario viejo. El elevador demasiado chico, solo cabe una persona y con mucho esfuerzo con su maleta.

+ Great location, relatively okay room for the price (especially if you are staying alone) ... close to everything touristy, yet hidden away in the art district so it is nicely tucked away. If construction was not going on, I would be most happy with the value of this hotel. Staff were helpful, room was comfortable, nice view.
- Hotel was doing renovations at the time of my stay, but wasn't made aware of that. Builders would be drilling into the walls very early in the morning, & would often let them selves into my room to fix the carpet without knocking. Was very uncomfortable. You also cannot go to the toilet without the door open due to crammed bathroom - this made it stressful when I wasn't sure if a builder/tradesman was going to walk in or not.

+ Just a stones throw from the Champs Elysees, it is a stunning location and, although the rooms aren't huge, this hotel gives you everything you need as a base to explore this beautiful city. Compact rooms, but with all the touches you would need. The quaint little lift was great fun, but dont try to squeeze more than two people in it. Staff were very helpful and happy to answer questions about the area.
- The bathroom was rather small, not a huge problem, but could put some people off. Having said that, it had a shower, sink and toilet - what more do you need?
